Who is Security Archives?

Security Archives, Inc. is currently owned, operated and serviced by former employees of the same Security Archives, Inc. that more than 4,000 businesses in and around the DFW Metroplex area placed their trust in for the better part of 30 years, beginning in the 1970’s. The combined experience in the record center industry between ownership, management and service is currently over 35 years

 

What makes us the Records Center for you?   Simply put, it's our quality of service. Though Security Archives, Inc. is computerized in this information age, we still do business personally, no automated attendants or voice mail. Our standard service is next day, and we also offer same day and one-hour service within the DFW Metroplex. The Security Archives, Inc. staff, from owner, to employee, is always willing go the extra mile to make sure our clients get what they need, when they need it. We ask you not to take our word for it, but to try us and experience our service for yourself, worry free. We do not require contracts from our clients, nor do we charge permanent removal fees for your boxes; if you feel that we don't meet your expectations, your boxes will be returned to you without hassle. Should Security Archives, Inc. ever disappoint you with slow or poor service, we would gladly reimburse all fees paid for that service. Still skeptical? Storage Boxes
at no charge

We supply Free to our clients, Record Center size boxes. These boxes measure 10"H x 12"W x 15"D, and are a very sturdy 200 lb test weight. For each bundle of 25 boxes ordered, a $65 debit will be placed on your account.  This amount includes a handling fee; however, the boxes are delivered at no additional cost. Your account will be credited $2.00 per box, upon their return to us for storage.

Though we store various size boxes, we find that the Record Center size boxes are much more convenient to handle than other sizes. Even when full, these boxes maintain their durability, and can be lifted easily. When legal or letter size boxes are full, they can weigh in excess of 75 lbs each, and often buckle and burst.

Security of confidential information  has become vital in today's world. Documents that could simply be tossed in the trash just a few short years ago contain information that could, if in the wrong hands be used to virtually steal the identity of individuals and sabotage corporations. The storage and destruction of such information is now vital not only to companies but individuals. Some Governmental Agencies require hard copy documents be kept up to twenty years and in some cases permanently. Magnetic Media has allowed more data to be stored in less space and for a greater length of time. Information is a driving force in our day to day lives and the responsibility of managing that data is a very important task.

New Regulations

Companies are now required to adhere to the new HIPAA and the Sarbanes-Oxley Act. regulations protecting closely all personal and private information pertaining to patients and clients. Complete destruction of such information is absolutely necessary.
